• Registration fee covers the cost of tubes, partner business goodies and credit card fees incurred by business over life of membership

You will be billed $75+ reg fee your first month and then auto billed $75 every month for until you cancel.

15 days notice required for holds. Maternity and injury holds ONLY: up to 2 months at a time. There is a $25 hold fee per month.

One month's notice required for cancellations. It is your responsibility to know your auto-bill date. There are NO exceptions.
