Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Search each location on our website for details on where to meet. Dress in comfortable workout clothes and shoes. Children 5 years and younger MUST remain in stroller at all times when exercising out with group. We will encourage you not to let them out during class or when we stop at each station. Class moves often and will travel the entire distance of the park during this 55 minute class. Your children will be entertained with games, bubbles songs and more. Infant's 6 weeks old and up are welcome!

What to bring to class:
- Any stroller will work, but kids must to be strapped in safely and remain in stroller.
- Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
- Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
- Sunscreen and bug spray can be helpful
Bring a friend with you or make one there!

If your child gets fussy at any time, you are welcome to pull over to the side under any of the shady picnic tables to feed, change or let them out.
