Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Search each location on our website for details on where to meet. Dress in comfortable workout clothes and shoes. Children 5 years and younger MUST remain in stroller at all times when exercising out with group. We will encourage you not to let them out during class or when we stop at each station. Class moves often and will travel the entire distance of the park during this 55 minute class. Your children will be entertained with games, bubbles songs and more. Infant's 6 weeks old and up are welcome!

What to bring to class:
- Any stroller will work, but kids must to be strapped in safely and remain in stroller.
- Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
- Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
- Sunscreen and bug spray can be helpful
Bring a friend with you or make one there!

If your child gets fussy at any time, you are welcome to pull over to the side under any of the shady picnic tables to feed, change or let them out.

Stroller Barre®

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or come alone and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Run Club Meet-up® 5 visits freeFrom $4 per visit with Gift of Fitness pass

Our Run Club community meet ups welcome moms of all stages, as well as friends, family members and kids of all ages! Run Club is a great way to get outdoors, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other families. Our FIT4MOM Run Club ‘Coach’ will lead you in a family friendly warm-up, then lead a self-paced run of varying distances to meet your skill level.

Virtual Workout Free

Virtual Workouts hosted on Zoom with FIT4MOM Piedmont Instructors who will guide you through a full body workout!
Zoom links will be provided for those enrolled. Virtual classes are held in place of In-Person classes when below 32 degrees at class time or when raining.

Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in your local area. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us. Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!

Kid- free class to help you power through the holiday season!

Combining cardio, strength, core, and meditation, Body Boost™ is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health. Body Boost™ is a 60-minute results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to challenge, empower, and energize, leaving Mom feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Body Ignite® $15 per classFrom $11 per visit with 10 Class Pass passA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar will leave you stronger and more energized. This easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, push and pull everything mom-life throws at you!

This program has been adapted for virtual/at-home access by using your own weights at home instead of our weighted bars! No weights at home? Grab a couple cans of soup or two water bottles instead! Zoom link will be provided to those who chose to join virtually upon purchase of this class.
