Greensboro Arboretum: Baseball Field Parking lot

Meet at the parking lot by the baseball fields (on your left as you drive in). Use the address provided for Starmount Drive, then continue driving until you see the playground on your left. There are clean restrooms and water fountains in two convenient locations in the arboretum. All of the paths that we use for class are fully paved, so you should feel welcome to use any stroller you already have. NEW MAMA MONDAY! Mashup class of all of our stroller workouts: Strides360, Stroller Barre, and Stroller Strides! It will be a great sampling of everything we offer!*

Have you been interested in checking out a class, but weren't sure when you should come or what you should bring? Bring a friend to check out class!

What to bring to class:
- Any stroller will work, but kids need to be strapped in safely.
- Workout mat (yoga mat or towel works great)
- Water, toys, and snacks for you and kid(s)
- Sunscreen and bug spray can be helpful

Mommy & Me Strides® Workout

Full Body (stroller) Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 45-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun (optional)! You can join this workout with your kids or without! Each Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Mommy & Me Barre® Workout

Stroller Barre® is a 45-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! Stroller Barre will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood. This class is for ALL fitness levels and can be done with or without kiddos!

Strides 360™ promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you or come alone and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the 55 minutes will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

Our FIT4MOM Run Club ‘Coach’ will lead you in a family friendly warm-up, then lead a self-paced run of varying distances to meet your skill level.

Body Boost is a Body Well Preview Class for upcoming 8 week session.

60 minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class for women! This class is for ALL fitness levels (without injuries or limitations) and provides the MAX calorie burn.

You need a yoga mat, workout bands or weighs. Bring lots of water. This workout does not include children.
