FIT4BABY- Prenatal Workout

FIT4BABY is a workout program designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength training, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. This weekly program includes community-based workouts and weekly goals. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

This class is for expecting mothers only and we at any fitness level. Modifications are provided for every skill level to ensure you stay safe while getting a great workout!
